Waheed Riaz

Mr. Waheed Riaz is an advocate with over 20 years of professional experience in litigation, corporate advisory, and specialized areas such as banking, civil, family, consumer and immigration law. He holds an LL.M. from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, where he specialized in banking law, international trade law and arbitration.

He provides comprehensive legal services to both corporate and individual clients, and is on the panel of the British High Commission in Islamabad and of leading banks such as UBL, Allied Bank and Bank Alfalah (Islamic Banking).

Earlier in his career he worked with reputed law firms where he handled high-profile cases, including Islamic banking litigation, corporate disputes, consumer protection cases and immigration investigations for European embassies.

Beyond practice, he has contributed to legal research and thought leadership: his paper on professional ethics was presented at Fordham University, New York, and he has published articles on Islamic banking in leading newspapers.
